Green Forest Quaich – Porcelain

This handcrafted Scottish quaich is made in porcelain and finished in a rich forest green glaze, with subtle tonal variation and a gentle spiral pooling at the centre. The form is balanced and refined, with small loop handles designed to be held with both hands.

The quaich—known as the Scottish cup of friendship—has long been used to welcome guests and mark important moments. It is traditionally shared during weddings, celebrations, and ceremonies, often filled with whisky as a symbol of trust and connection.

Each piece is thrown and finished by hand in Scotland, making every quaich slightly different in colour and pattern. The glaze moves naturally in the firing, creating depth and a sense of movement unique to each cup.
